What happens next

Customer satisfaction is a priority. In the unlikely event (which has never happened) you are unhappy with your animal portrait contact Louise immediately. The artist will undertake reasonable requests for changes.

Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions . Orders placed will constitute an acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

The artist Louise will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details and agree a completion time. In due course, a photograph of your completed portrait will be available for you to view by email or mail. Once you have approved your beautiful portrait, you will be sent a final invoice. The cost of postage and packaging will be added to the final invoice. Louise will then send your own exclusive original artwork to you by secured/ signed for post.
